The ship's captain sits at the helm, vigilantly overseeing safety and travel. The cutter has wheels, so the child will be able to easily move it on the floor or carpet. There is a drawstring at the front of the boat that can be pulled. Made of plastic allows the cutter to float and drift in the water.
